Thanks for your comments. Flaxseed is the richest source of Omega 3s per calories (which is the best way to analyze food) and is also readily available, even in the ground form, and inexpensive. Neither flaxseed of chia seed is required or necessary, but are both just "sources" of omega 3s. IMH(P&P)O, far too much attention is focused on these individual foods and the differences between them and not enough of overall dietary and lifestyle patterns. Most of this is just marketing trying to position one food over the other and is really of little if any value to our overall health. In Health jeff
