Hi Jeff,

I would never have believed that there is a whole food plant source of vitamin D.
Yet according to nutritiondata.com white mushrooms are "a very good source of
Vitamin D." Well I can't imagine calling them a "very good" source if one cup of
slices/pieces (70g) contains just 12.6 I.U. What are your thoughts on this and is
there any other plant food source of vitamin D?

Thanks,

Tim
