Subject:         fortified foods

first i want to thank you for your time!

i am wondering, is it any better to get something fortified, ie. almond milk or OJ
w/ calcium and vit. D, versus having an orange or homemade almond milk and a
supplement? logically i would think the unprocessed food would be better but
not sure if supplements are absorbed better that are added to foods versus
taking a pill yourself? also, which calcium sources are best absorbed? seemed
like this info keeps changing....
