There are many nutrient/nutrient interactions which are based on specific nutrients that may occur in certain foods, and not foods themselves. Do peanuts contain any nutrients that bind with minerals? Peanuts do contain oxalic acid and therefore, if consumed in excess (which I would not recommend) could theoretically bind with some minerals. As previously stated though, make sure you cook them to inactivate the "anti-nutrients". In Health Jeff
