are dr. praegers frozen veggie burgers healthy or unhealthy. also what about organic soymilk also.

also, why do raw foodists say that anything frozen and then heated, cooked is unhealthy, toxic, lacking vital nutrients as I know people who have eaten 90% heated, cooked food all their lives and they live into their nineties healthy still
