Hello Jeff,

Thanks for your very informative presentation. Here's the dilemma: My Kirkland Signature Vanilla Soy Milk fails your test. It has 100 calories with 30 from fat, the sodium just barely survivees at 95mg but it lists evaporated cane juice as the second ingredient. I use about 1-1.5 cups a day since I'm a nursing mom trying to insure adequate calcium. The pediatrician just recommended it as the perfect supplement for my baby boy who just turned one as well. My baby has dairy, gluten and peanut allergies, so soy milk is about the choice. I eat a lot of greens as well and try to give him some greens--with little success. Do I need to seek out the unsweetened variety or low fat variety or both--what's your take? (I like how cheap Costco's is compared to other places!)
