I guess it all depends on your definition of "whole" and "unprocessed." :)
According to the guidelines and recommendations I teach, the cereal would not be recommended for many reasons.
First, lets look at the ingredients
Ingredients
Organic Rolled Oats, Organic Evaporated Cane Juice, Organic Soy Oil, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Flaxseeds, Organic Oat Syrup Solids, Sea Salt, Organic Molasses, Rice Bran Extract, Organic Cinnamon.
While rolled oats are great, most of the rest of the ingredients (including the evaporated cane juice, soy oil, brown rice flour, oat syrup solids, molasses, rice bran extract) are highly refined and processed items.
Second, lets look at the Nutrition Facts label,
140 calories per 30 gram serving (2100 calories/lb)
45 calories from fat (32% calories from fat)
25 mg sodium
5 grams of sugar (14% of calories)
This is high in fat and high in sugar which also makes it very high in calorie density.
This is not a product I would recommend.
What would be a much better choice would be to make a bowl of oatmeal, and sprinkle some ground flax seeds and cinnamon on it.
