Hey Jeff, Curious what your thoughts on vinegar was? I been reading that acetic acid is poisonous no matter how diluted it is. That your adrenalin glands have to work hard to get rid of it. The natural hygiene guys don't seem like to like it all...... "Vinegar is the result of acetic fermentation of alcoholic liquids. Vinegar is very injurious to the digestive organs, and it does not matter if it is white vinegar, cider vinegar, or whatever its source. Vinegar reduces the number of red blood cells, greatly retards digestion and assimilation, and harms the kidneys. When used in conjunction with starchy foods, digestion is completely suspended and fermentation rapidly results." http://www.rawfoodexplained.com/condiments/specific-condiments.html
