I have never had a weight problem before. I weigh 95 pounds, which is healthy for me, and have ever since I was a teenager; I'm turning 50 now. The only concern is the family history - women in my family typically do not have weight issues early in life, but in middle age they suddenly put on tons of weight and wind up obese. Being short and small-boned means even a few extra pounds would be a problem, as I do not have the frame to support it. The other problem is that I know my habits have to change. I've always eaten healthy, but amply; thin as I am, I'm used to packing away around 3000 calories a day. I know that's gotta stop. SO I will take your advice and weigh frequently, and see where i can find the right balance. Thanks again!
