since my own body's signals are absolutely not reliable indicators of when and how much to eat - how do I judge what my intake really needs to be? And yes, I know very well that lack of sleep is not good. But right now, I have to pay the bills and keep from losing the house. It's just reality right now. Hopefully, it won't be forever, but at present, no other options have appeared. I am trying to stay as healthy as possible under the circumstances. The other women in my workplace are all about 150 pounds overweight, and that's what I have sworn to avoid. Is there anything else you would suggest that would help me minimize the ill effects of the demands I'm under right now?
