This is an experiment done in the Marshall Islands in regard to
Diabetes

While some of their traditional foods like coconut were maintained
in the intervention, total saturated fat intake was less than 7% (and
may have been less than 5%). Dietary fiber was 35-50 grams or
more and the mainstay of the program was fresh fruits, veggies,
starches, etc.
