Hi Jenny

The best methods for cooking are those that use the least heat over the shortest period as both time and heat are related to some nutrient loss. Also, those that you some form of moisture are also better as dry heat has been shown to cause some potentially toxic by products. So, steaming, poaching, boiling would be the better choices.
