Subject:         Nutritional Details for Rarer Plant Foods

Hi Jeff,

Recently, while vacationing on Maui, I was fortunate to discover some
delicious, locally grown, dark purple sweet potatoes. Web sites like
NutritionData understandably do not contain data for all varieties of fruits
and vegetables. So I'm wondering if you have a favorite resource (book or
website) that has nutritional detail on some of the more rarer or hybrid plant
foods.

P.S. Was there a reason you passed over my question below regarding the
stability of omega 3 fatty acids in cooked fish?
