I am with you, I know the stuff is hogwash, and purely marketing.

However I have some friends who are 'more gullible' and less 'questioning'.

None the less I am usually the one they ask 'hey, can I eat this? what do you think of this? is it healthy?'

Certainly your answer is a wonderful reply, however I was looking for some scientific reply/need for the body, and basically someone else for them to hear it from(as they are interested, I just think once in awhile hearing it from someone else too goes along way).
