he mentioned how salt was the cause of his knee pain. any scientific evidence showing how salt causes inflammation of tendons/ligaments or was he referring to arthritis? also, i agree its much easier to eat without salt on raw veggies. what do you suggest for cooked besides vinegar and lemon or do you just adapt to no seasoning on cooked foods? any proof for/against his claims that beans are bad for us? there is a lot of conflicting info out there, i am not sure what to believe is true. my orthopedist just told me i should drink milk for my bones. i am still in a cast so now not even sure if calcium from plant sources is really the best.
