Hi Jeff, Just curious about this for a while now. Salmon is touted continuously as a great source of omega 3 fatty acids. Here's my question: As I understand, omega 3 fatty acids are fragile and susceptible to damage by heat. So because salmon is usually cooked in some way, do the salmon's omega 3's escape being damaged by the cooking process? Thanks, Tim
