Hi Claudine Congratulations on using the cron to evaluate your diet. The benefit is that you can now see your actual intake as compared to what you think you are getting and as compared to the DRI/RDA that are set for each nutrient as the national standards. These standards are national standards and do not represent the actual needs of any one person at any one time, but give you a "big picture" view of how you are doing. So, in general, I wouldn't worry about any number that might be slightly high or low. In addition, it is rare to see a problem from getting in to much as long as it comes from whole natural unprocessed unrefined foods. However, in regard to your personal situation, this is not the forum to deal with personal issues in such detail, and considering the complexity of your situation, I would recommend you find a good local health care professional who you trust and feel comfortable working with so you can get the personal detailed attention you need and deserve. In Health Jeff
