i did todays. i didnt know cabbage was high in vit k which is good because
im craving it and would have been low otherwise. but i am getting 1972% of
vit. A. is that ok? i only get 37% of vit E. what is high in that? i have no D
or B12 but i supplement those and get sun. i also get 623% of vit. C.
Minerals, calcium is 97% and that is without the fortified oj or supplements.
98% zinc but it did not list silica, 414 mg of sodium but i am sure i get twice
that amount in reality. lysine 2.4 grams which i think i just needed 800 mg?
fats, omega 3: 173%, omega 6: 74%, saturated fats: 22%. 29 grams fat,
vitamins 81%, 92% minerals. my ratos are fat 17%, carbs 72%, protein 11%.

is this healthy? especially for bone health? i am trying hard to get what i
need via food alone.
