Dr said there was a high chance that i would not heal and would need
bone taken from my leg. in 3 weeks my arm went from having 1" of
black between my bone with just a few pin sized dots of graft, to
having them looking like popcorn with only 1-2 mm of black space so
its almost one bone already. i'm a miracle!! i'm 38 yrs old too, not a
young kid. this diet works well.
