Subject:	accuracy of bmi tables

hi jeff,

was wondering here how accurate those bmi tables really are as my bmi for my height and weight is 17.5, yet I feel energetic and healthy and do not look anorexic at all. we all have different bone structure and body frames, I have a small body frame from the measurement of my wrist; thus could those bmi tables really be that accurate for everyone? should I consider myself as still healthy rather than underweight considering my small body frame size and bone structure or not? thanks jeff
