What standards do you use to determine if something is healthy or not? Organic?, Low Fat?, Low Carb? Low Sugar? Hi Protein? Soy? All of these? or None of these? :)

It is a confusing question and as the stores have become more and more filled with products claiming to be healthy, it has become harder and more confusing to determine the difference.

Let me teach you a simple system that will help you tell the difference between a "health" food and food that is really healthy. I developed the system over 24 years ago and found it works almost every time. There are 3 simiple basic steps and the whole process of evaluating a label takes less than 10 seconds.

In addition, as more and more products come out, we can also discuss topics like trans fats and how to watch for them and alternative oils and sweeteners.

So, post your products and or the labels of your favorite packaged and processed foods and your questions and let the fun begin.
