Dear Vicky,

The only way for you to ensure your smoking does not harm
animals, is to quit.
In a similar way to production of meat, there is a system in place
with the manufacture, marketing and distribution of Tobacco and
its end (waste) products that allows abuse of our environment and
animals.
For example, cig butts escape into our drains and waterways, they
are very toxic and responsible for poisoning aquatic life.

Like yourself I was addicted to the nicotine delivery devices known
as cigarettes.
I found WhyQuit.com and became educated. I joined their forum
after I stopped "cold turkey" for 72 hours. It was hard at first, but I
feel happy and calm now (after 4 months), I know I will never
smoke again.

If I can do it, you can do it too! just check it out Vicky

Moira
