I agree 36 years of smoking!!!!! I quit cold turkey September the 25.. One day after me 45th birthday. It has been 1 month and I am loving it. Still having a lot of sinus uuukkkk stuff going on but I feel pretty good!!!! I am can take much deeper breaths and can smell it from a mile away. I tell my self when I want one " How will this make you feel? any better? and what about after?" When you think about it really does not make you fell any better to break down and smoke, then you have to start all over again. Done that two many times. Really beleive I am going to make it this time. Hang in there everybody!!!!
