I have tried to quit several times. I have smoked 3/4 of a pack for 40 years. I am taking Zyban and it seems to help the craving and nasty temper. It's only been a week and I have a pack incase of an emergency? Another excuse? I just want to know it's there I guess. I have to do this for myself. I hope I quit for good this time.
