yes, its so true. its hard..and you got to develope a real tough stance in your minds eye. like target shooting. but losing your life is what will happen if you continue. you got to have a gimmick ready. like put a book beside your bed that is anto smoking and reminds you of why you quit. so when you feel the urge you go straight to the book. people usually smoke when they are iin doubt of themselves. when there is fear and doubt. so replace those thoughts with re-dedication to all those who are fighting for you to get wise and love yourself and trust yourself better. blow off steam elsewhere. just let it go. let it pass.
