A very dear friend of mine is at her wits end trying to stop and has decided to try this. Her cousin did it recently and has been smoke free for 9 days so far, and even claims to have had absolutely no cravings. I must admit, it sounds like "snake oil" to me, but I am willing to support her in it. Anything you can tell me would be much appreciated.
