Subject:	Stopping

I had cramps that was later diagnosed as blood clotting because of smoking (last week). I made a decision in front of my doctor that I world stop (after 17years!!) I have not touched one since Thursday 12th Jan 2006. Without help of meds etc. BUT I have excessive sweating - headaches and iches on my palms.
