Hi all...This is my second say without a cig. I have been a smoker for 16 years now..I do not remember a single day without a cig in those last 16 years. I have just gone cold turkey....No support or anything...Yesterday was by far one of the hardest days of my life...well atleast I thought so ;)...Today is much worse....I hope I can get through the physical addiction quick before I do something about the habit....
