I quit 15 months ago and noticed all of this stuff happening. Especially my energy. I feel alot better in the mornings and always have enough breath. I dont need to suck from a dirty cigg everyday or worrying about having five bucks in my pocket everyday for a pac of smokes and lite. What a great felling. Wish all of us could feel this way. Unfortunaly quiting was hard for me to do. I tried patches gum and excersise. They all worked temporarily until i was tired of working out or patches or chewing gum. The addiction is all in your head really and until you realize that you can live without you wont be without. The key is to tell yourself that you are going to die, and die a early horrible gasping for air death. You will quit cold turkey if that sinks in to your brain enough. You have to wanna quit as well. Noone is invisible to ciggaretts. YOU ARE NOT SUPERMAN, YOU CAN DIE FROM CIGGS. Wakeup people lifes calling!!!!!!!!!!!!
