Not long before I quit, I read a book about a mother dying and leaving her two daughters to raise themselves, this scared me and made me sad enough to try to quit for good. I used an essential oil blend called mood rescue, sniffed it, put on my neck when craving, chewed a lot of gum, ate more (especially dark chocolate) and drank lots of water. Keep busy and don't let smoking be an option. Also avoid people who may stress you out, besides hubby and kids, especially the first week or two, my sister has a tendency to push my buttons. Keep it up, never quit. I am at three weeks without them. I breath and sleep easier, don't stink like smoke and feel so much healthier. Best wishes to your efforts.
