i've heard about CA bars, that must suck. i guess it's good if youre trying to quit. what are you doing to stop smoking? i've only been able to cut back, but i'll try anything that might work. do you know any good stop smoking websites? not drinking is driving me nuts. i don't know what else to do other than try to survive this.
