You are more sensitive to the nicotine now, since your system has the opportunity to clear it out. Basically, your body is healthier now so you feel the effects of the nicotine to a greater degree when your body attempts to process and remove it from your bloodstream. It's a good sign, and also a sign to stop smoking completely.
