Hi,
I have been smoking for 23 years. I have tried just about everything and I always fail. That is very depressing so I figure I should just keep on smoking. But I want to quit but I just can't seem to do it. I know so many people who just quit cold turkey and no problems. What do you suggest I try, Any commets are helpful. Thank you in advance for all your help.
