I have had problems all of my life with ear infections and tonsilitis, upper respitory and the like. currently, I have a tube in one of my ears and I have kept a sinus infection for 2 mos. I never would have imagined that milk (which I drink enough to justify buying a cow)could be the culprit in making me sick. Other than detoxing myself from milk, is there any way that I can "test" to see if that is what is making me soo miserable? Right now I have alot of fluid in the "good" ear, and it is driving me nuts, because I can't get it to drain on its own, usually I can hold my nose and blow and the ear will pop and then drain, but this isn't working, and my doc is over an hour away. Have you any suggestions? I am not is constant pain, just when I move a certain way or bend over, it feels like it may rupture, which at this point will be a welcomed thing. Thank you for any information or suggestions that you can provide.
