Hi, I do not usually respond to posting but my son is on the six food elimination diet for eosinophilic esophigilitis and dairy and soy are two of the foods, Enjoy life products are good and offer a good variety. They have a soy free chocolate chip that we made chocolate chip cookies from rice flour with that were quite tasty. You can get many products at Whole foods or from enjoy life on line. There is another company that you can get brownie and cookie mixes from in your local health food store. Hope this Helps.
