Go to www.cosmosveganshoppe.com and type "vegan cheese" into the search engine.
There's a brand of Scottish vegan cheese called Bute Island. Its the best non-dairy cheese that I've ever tasted. So far I haven't had the best success with melting it but the flavor and texture makes up for it.
You can also try Veganrella, which doesn't have the best taste when uncooked but melts perfectly. The only issue with that brand is that its a little difficult to find a store or company that distributes it.
I miss cheese ALL the time. Most times I just end up eating it and paying the consequences afterwards. I did read the other responder detail ways in which you can make a cheeseless pizza taste good. He mentioned mushrooms and pesto which both work. I would suggest adding cooked spinach and onions to the mix and then baking it.
Cooked spinach, when its not too watery, cam mimic the stringy thick texture that good cheese can produce. Just remind yourself that its not cheese.
Its spinach.
