Hi - Throughout my life I have battled ear infections. I have found (by eliminating, then re-introducing dairy into my diet) that dairy is definitly the culprit for me. When I remove dairy from my diet completely I have hardly any ear infections and am not congested. I can breathe better, exercise better and sleep better when I stay away from dairy. I now live dairy-free. That being said, I'm not sure what it is in the dairy that I am allergic to (lactose? whey? all of it?). Does anyone know what it is in dairy that increases the mucus in our body?
