If you're choosing soy milk you may want to look up dangers of soy. Soy milk may list higher levels of nutrients, but the soy itself contains antinutrients which inhibits your body from absorbing nutrients such as vitamin B (brain development nutrient) and vitamin D. It also has high levels of estrogen. After finding out some of this I stopped drinking soy milk and swithched to almond milk with no soy additives such as soy lecithin. It's worth looking into for health reasons.
