Subject:	Salt in Dairy Substitutes

I have only recently moved away from dairy products trying soy milk, rice milk and earth balance buttery spread. I quite enjoyed rice milk and the Earth Balance spread but am concerned with the amount of sodium in both products. Is there dairy substitutes that have low or no salt.
