I have been using Fleischmanns Light in the tub for years. Its from canola/corn oil and it's dairy/gluten/soy free. (The stick is soy) You can bake with it by making some adjustments.

You basically need to use 1/4 cup more Fleischmanns than butter or margarine the recipe calls for using. Always melt it to measure.

Example:

1/2 cup of butter or margarine = 3/4 cup (melted) Fleischmanns Light + Reduce any other liquid in the recipe by 1/4 cup.
