I am 48 years old and since i was 33 I cannot have dairy or soy, of course since I crave dairy, i have some occasionally. I get very mucusey. If I eat enought over a period of time, I'll end up with a sinus infection, my lungs with be congested. that fluid in the sinuses will eventually drain into the ear and yes, you'll have yourself an ear infection. I get inner ear infections, and will be so dizzy I cannot get up from the bed, for days.
