Hi Have been thinking of this myself,probably more nutritious than soya milk yoghurt; found a posting from someone in Belgium who has been repeating the process for eighteen months useing some of the previous batch as a starter;this person adds raw organic sugar as a feed to sustain the live process (which is not needed when making Soya yoghurt)....If pedantic about useing a Vegan starter finding one may be a problem!
