Hi, I'm sorry about your headaches. I can relate. I've had migraines for 20 years, been to countless doctors, alternative healers etc...and I eventually figured it out myself. Dairy is the culprit, however I didn't realize that the ingredient 'Casein' is milk protein and it is in most everything including many soy products like soy cheese and ice cream to lunch meat, some tuna products, condiments, spaghetti sauces and even cookies. Whey is the other milk protein that you have to be aware of and it too is in many products, particularly meal bars. When you're looking at processed products look for the words Casein free or vegan in the ingredients list and you'll be certain that it is dairy free. Good luck!
