Subject:	Dairy/Migraine, HELP!

Hi!
I have recently found out that dairy is causing migraines.
I am 17 and am struggling to cut it out of my diet, but I am ending up with these mad headaches that take me out of school for atleast 3-4 days.
I could really use some advice on non-dairy foods and diets if anyone has some input.
