The problem with soy milk is that although it has a higher protein content is higher it is in a state that is virtually impossible to absorb. Moreover soymilk contains phytates which block the body's ability to abosrb important minerals such as zinc and magnesium. I agree with Sara. I definitely wouldn't feed it to children as they seem to be susceptible to abnormal hormone levels when fed soy regularly. Don't get tricked into using soy out of fear of what you're missing because what IS inside is what you really ought to avoid.
