You might want to try Jo Stepaniak's book, The Ultimate Uncheese
Book. My sister has become really intolerant of dairy and loves the
recipes here. I'm vegan, so it's my main source of cheese substitutes
too. While I agree with a lot of what Leslie has said, I'm not going to
preach. Just try some of the recipes and you'll be stunned at how
good they are.
