My baby has some of those allergies - peanut, tree nut, milk, egg, and rice. I cannot think of a complete replacement but for baking I use a mix of spectrum palm oil and unsweetened organic applesauce. When I make something like mashed potatoes I use water and olive oil in place of butter. But a really good place to find answers about these kind of things is on the discussion board at peanutallergy.com.
