My baby has some of those allergies - peanut, tree nut, milk, egg, and rice. I cannot think of a complete replacement but for baking I use a mix of spectrum palm oil and unsweetened organic applesauce. When I make something like mashed potatoes I use water and olive oil in place of butter. But a really good place to find answers about these kind of things is on the discussion board at peanutallergy.com. You can find manufacturer information there sometimes faster then you can talk to the manufacturer. I hope you child outgrows her allergies, but if not Dr. Burk at Duke and Dr. Wood at John Hopkins are doing some really hopeful studies on peanut, egg, and milk allegies.
