I am working with a family on their diet and the dad of the child with celiac works where wheat is processed and we want to know if the wheat he gets on his clothes can be a problem with her celiac. She runs and hugs him as soon as he gets home and the wheat dust is all over his clothes. we think it might be a problem after reading so much about how even small amounts can effect
