I'm looking for a non-dairy non-soy creamer that does not contain hydrogenated oils or transfat. Any suggestions? I don't care if it's powdered or liquid. I'm lactose intolerant, and the enzyme suppliments I've tried cause me to double over in pain! I don't want to OD on soy... so i'd like to try to find something that contains neither of these things. It seems like all the non-dairy creamers I can find have hydrogenated oils. Bad Bad Bad. Please help, if you can. I think this message board is fantastic by the way. Thanks!! :)
