Sorry, but the allegy statement on Guittard's website is a must-read for you. They use soy in ALL of their chocolate products (listed as "soya lecithin" on the label). And they use the same production facility for both their dark chocolate and their milk chocolate, so they cannot guarantee that the dark chocolate is completely dairy-free.
